I have not used this service before. But I have called this company 2 times in the past year with complains as their drivers have COMPLETELY pushed me off the side of the highway. They always manage to drive up my ass on the highway, 110 in a 100 zone when merging onto the Logan motorway. throwing their hands out the windows at my as they race past. I am a P plater with 1 point left, I am not speeding for a vehicle that can simply merge over one lane. The first time I was pushed off the highway by one of these trucks I was so terrified to even call the company because I could hardly explain what happened I was too stressed. One time I was driving in the right lane 110+ and they still feel the need to race past, flashing high beams at me. Not trucks in the right lane mate. My partner took a photo which SRV if youre reading this I am happy to send through, along with the videos I have. after the second two complains I stopped calling as obviously nothing has changed. I live in Ormeau and almost every morning and on my way home I am being bugged by one of these trucks. It is pathetic. I work in a family owned business and I hate complains about out drivers. that is why we have things in place to monitor everything out vehicle does on a daily basis. Maybe your drivers need to be monitored a bit more.

August 8th 2022 Bruce Highway Ballina - Licence plate YQ41BF veered dangerously into our lane causing us to emergency brake off road. All over the road, veered left, veered right. Terrible driver - weak gutted dog.

Travelling through northconnex towards Newcastle behind an srv truck at 10:40am on the 6th of Jan. Driver was aggressively tailgating and erratically changing lanes. Number plate YQ 7OLD

Witnessed one of their B-double drivers sitting a few metres from a small car doing 85km/h on the inside lane through Southern Cross Drive in Sydney. Contacted SRV through their online contact page and have had no response. Their 'Corporate Responsibility' tab on their website is an obvious piece of marketing for a company that clearly does not care that the drivers of their very large and heavy trucks are driving dangerously on our roads.I have a video of the incident like some other reviews below. Happy to share with anyone who wants it. Has the drivers number plate also.

YQ8HN nearly caused a collision by trying to overtake with a car already in the lane next to them, missing by inches in the process. Their drivers clearly need some sort of safety training if I'm not the only one reporting this type of instance. So dangerous.

This morning on the M1 heading northe the driver of YQ82CV (approx 730am) was sitting right on my rear, even though i was doing 100km as per the speed limit. The driver switched lanes and did the same to other cars. Learn to drive safely!!!

Disgusting driving, refused to allow us to merge for Hexham Bridge. Put us in a dangerous position.Friday 15th Oct.

Yet another example of bad driver behavior. Overtook on the Pacific Highway over 100km/h in a 100 zone and the. Pulled in aggressively with less than a car length requiring us to brake to avoid an accident..When road sped up to 110 we increased speed and overtook truck. Then blew horn aggressively as we passed because presumably the driver felt we should have not obeyed the road rules?Then sped past us again doing in excess of 10km/h over limit in an 80 road works zone.I can see multiple driver reports.

I was watching this driver from the moment he merged onto the M4 on the 12th of July. He was aggressively tailgating multiple drivers in his truck, once we got onto Old Wallgrove Road he was tailgating me even though I was driving the required 80 speed limit. This picture was taken by my partner after the driver switched lanes.Are these the kind of drivers you hire? Aggressive? Speedsters? Bullying other drivers? Especially smaller cars on the road. I’m able to handle this, others can’t.
