Definitely a great shop! I ordered a first arrow’s pedant online for anniversary gift and made it shipped to SanJose, US. After they know that it is an anniversary gift they help me changed the delivery method and also do the gift wrapping for me! It rooks us about a week to receive this cool pedant and my husband loves this so much. Great service, great packing and fast email replying. A million thanks to you guys;)

I've been to both stores and bought many items online. They've always been polite and friendly, answering any questions quickly. One of my online orders had a QC concern, they responded very quickly to my email with a solution I found agreeable and generous.The high price for quality goods can be a hard sell, however they've often got good sales on outgoing items which can make them more affordable for those willing to wait.Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality clothes and will be shopping here in the future.

Awesome shop, superb merchandise and expert staff who believe in what they sell. I always get what I want when I want and how I want without fuss and with patient empathic service. Spent $3000 this year on First Arrow jewellery and $3000 last year on Flat Head and Freewheelers gear and they always do me an awesome deal. Their stuff never fails and built for life! I love products from FA, Red Wings, Samurai, Freewheelers, TFH, Studio Artisan and Momataro!!!!!!!Peter.

One of the best denim stores in Sydney. Amazing selection of mostly Japanese brands. Definitely your go to place is you want a good premium pair of denim. Guys have a lot of knowledge so will be able to help you find what you need and what suits you best.
