Just got our new ILVE cooker for our kitchen and are extremely happy with it! We bought it before christmas. The professional PLUS series in white looks stunning in the kitchen and the oven and cooktop work perfectly. Very happy overall

Low quality items. Bought my home and unfortunately the Ilve items (microwave, dishwasher and oven) come with. In the year I lived in my home, there was issue with each item and there was slow response with customer service in addressing this. Poor experience and poor items.

Really disappointed with this brand. You buy a product, and not the cheapest in the range, and they break down within 2 years. The worst of it you can't get spare parts... soooo I need to remove the whole rangehood and buy a new one. If you can avoid it, don't buy Ilve products if it's anything like their rangehoods.

I have had an Ilve stove in my house for 17 years (there when I arrived) so it’s quite an age…and I LOVE IT. Great cook top, reliable oven and ripper little rotisserie. My only problem - I don’t know the actual model as no Manual was left, and the analogue clock ticks LOUDLY, non stop and it’s very annoying. I’ve tried to get onto Ilve via their chat line to see if there is any way I can disable it but…..no one wants to get back to me . Anyone able to help or point me in the right direction……please, before I smash the bloody clock in!!!!!!

Unreliable products and service - it has taken almost 5 months and we still don’t have our oven working after it failed after about 4 weeks use! This was a $6500 purchase and relies on the steam cycle to clean which we haven’t been able to do since it stopped working Christmas Day!3 attempts to repair and an offer to extend the warranty by 12 months as compensation. So far below acceptable and management do not bother to get back to you. There are many better options
