I don't recommend ordering from them online, they sent me an email EVERY 2 HOURS for over a week about my order which was just a wig cap :'(. Unsubscribe did not work and i tried to contact them and got no response. They also started sending me a text message EVERY SECOND at one point which bricked my phone but thank God the unsubscribe worked on that one.

I cannot rave about this place enough. I keep coming back as the range is amazing for professional and fun times alike. The staff really know what they are doing and are bubbly and helpful. I always leave with a smile on my face knowing I not only got exactly what I needed but top quality and great prices.I love you guys! Will keep coming back.

Costume quality was great and delivery was quick. However the costume came missing the necklace I’ve had no reply to my email regarding this. After posting this review they got in contact with me and offered a partial refund for the missing item.

Pretty good!! We bought the Harry Potter one, including the tie & wand. Wished there more anime related costumes for both adults & kids, tho. Overall, it's a nice store with varied costume selections! Keep up the good work!

We visited on Halloween weekend, which was probably not the smartest move.However, despite the place being packed to the rafters, they had ample staff on hand who were super friendly and helpful.They have a huge range of costume ideas to suit most budgets and high quality costumes and the store is laid out to make them easy to find.For those who like to go all out for Halloween, they also had a big range of spooky animatronics.
