Was a postive experience, purchased a bed and base, fantastic price. Customer service by Matthew was great, very polite and helpful. Would recommend Snooze Warrawong.

Extremely disappointed with store's communication. Bought mattress, bed and 2x mattress protectors for my 2.5y daughter. The lady at the store told me that the delivery would be in 4 weeks time. Mattress was delivered after 6 weeks after my husband and I chasing them up. Bed only came almost 2 weeks after the mattress. We haven't got any call from the store to tell us the whereabouts of our mattress protectors. There are better stores with more serious people working for them around. Avoid disappointments.

After visiting a few mattress stores and feeling very over whelmed I decided to go to Snooze. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Mathew who made me feel very welcomed. His knowledge for mattresses was exceptional, he made me feel very comfortable. My experience was tailored to my own personal needs. I left a very happy customer. I will definitely be back to purchase another mattress from him in the future.

My husband purchased a tempur mattress today and a lift base from Matthew at snooze warrawong 19/2/2023 , We both couldn’t have been more delighted with our service , he went beyond to give us the best price with discounts. They have my base in stock but not my mattress but they are loaning me one from inside the store so I can start getting a good night's sleep .I highly recommend Matthew and Snooze Warrawong.

Started looking for a new mattress a couple of weeks back. On our first survey of all the Warrawong bedding shops, we found Franca at Snooze an excellent communicator who gave us lots of information to consider. Today we met Matt and he brought our search to what we believe is a happy conclusion...order placed and looking forward to delivery :) A professional, friendly crew, great product and a competitive deal...can't go past that!

Great service at Snooze Warrawong. Michael sorted us out, gave us a great deal and arranged for delivery. Highly recommend heading in store particularly to get the best bargain which we wouldn’t have necessarily found if we order online. Thanks Snooze.…Just a brief update to the above review, while we did get great service from Snooze one item of bedroom furniture we ordered has taken 4 months to arrive from Melbourne (originally estimated at 6 weeks). Unfortunately have had to chase the team weekly to prompt status updates on this item. Suggest it’s a long lead time for a purchase coming interstate rather than overseas.
