Beers provided professional but personal service, even though just prior to delivery, they themselves as a dealership had been thrown into disarray due to their facility being severely affected by flood damage. I was kept up to date - never once left feeling anxious or uninformed.

My mother bought a brand new Forrester from here (her first ever brand new car) and it had been damaged before she took delivery. My mother didn't notice until after the paperwork was all done.Instead of sorting it out for her they are telling her to get it repaired herself and they will reimburse her.This will no longer be a brand new car as it will have a panel resprayed.I can't understand why they thought it was acceptable to hand the car over in the first place.Very poor customer service!!!!!!!!

So far so good. I'm still to finalise several issues, but the sales process went very smoothly, the sales staff were very professional.I need to return a key from my trade-in vehicle and obtain a second key for the new vehicle along with key number. I also need to follow up on the warranty offer.Generally, delighted so far.
