We have recently ordered an IMG recliner and ottoman from Indigo Living. We had checked the big furniture retailers but found many reviews, especially to do with after sales service and lack of product quality, quite off-putting. The friendly, professional service which Terri-Ann and Chris gave us was extremely pleasing and this, coupled with the reputation of the IMG brand, explains to us the excellent reviews for this furniture business.When we recently mentioned a minor problem we were experiencing with a recliner we bought several years ago in another city, Chris diagnosed the problem on the phone. We visited the shop with our chair and Chris carried out the minor adjustment - problem solved! Happy customers.

It took us a while to make our choices, and wait for the two pieces to arrive, but they are both excellent and go well in our family room. Thanks for help to make good choices!!
