I didn't believe in therapy and after about to years of nothing getting better I ended up having 6 sessions with Sarah due to my anxiety, I was in a really bad place and couldn't leave my house. Sarah helped me understand these emotions and helped break through them and now I'm back living life. If you are having a bit of mental trouble I would highly recommend.

The best therapist I’ve ever had, Sarah has been so supportive, non judgemental and understanding throughout our sessions, I recommend for anyone within the LGBTQIA+ community!! It’s great to feel understood!
