Staff were exceptionally good during a recent visit with my toddler who had sustained a facial trauma. They were patient with her and very quick with the procedure itself to the point my toddler was actually happy to wander out the door smiling afterwards with stickers!! We have been clients for many years and will continue to do so with our kiddos!! Thanks again!

With 4 different rooms operating at once, there is 1 dentist that runs from room to room in a rush. Absolutely butchered my gums and caused a lot of damage

Been waiting for my wife 3 hours now .This isn’t a one off, if it wasn’t for the fact she was halfway through treatment and this was a second visit, we would have gone elsewhere as the first appointment she spent 2 hours in the waiting room. Bit of a joke how they treat multiple patients at once so you end up stuck in there for 2-3 hours for simple treatment. Most people hate dentists and want to get in and out quickly, also not hang around as they have to get back to work ,time is money. They are always running late, be prepared to wait and wait….yawn. Also the guy is very rough, especially with females, be wary. If you didn’t hate dentists when you arrived, you will when you leave.

Haven't been to the dentist in a while due to fear. I undertook sleep dentistry and it was 'the best' experience. Remember going to sleep and waking up, nothing inbetween! Dr Nishant and his staff were kind and caring with all aspects of my care. If your afraid don't be, do sleep dentistry, now I can smile and not hold back..

ZERO STARS.The absolute worst experience, from the appointment being delayed by over an hour, to the complete lack of compassion from reception to the dentist. Go literally anywhere else unless you want to spend more later to fix the butchery.Pushing on an infected molar with all your might to check" it's the one

Waited over half an hour for a $261 check up and three minute clean that didn't even include flossing of my teeth. I don't mind waiting half an hour for a bulk-billed doc appointment, but a $261 dental appointment... not cool. Check up was good and thorough but overall, very disappointed with my experience. Felt very rushed and from my perspective it was as though they had more patients booked than they could manage. Will not be returning in the future.

I had an amazing experience with my dental nurse's from memory their names were Sophie and a dental student named Maddy. They were absolutely wonderful, very welcoming and talked me through everything.I decided to not continue on with this clinic given the wait times and how the head dentist pops in between paitents all while completing works on them.it's not something I've ever come across in a dental clinic and I can see why.We're paying alot of money for works and to be late and share time between paitents for the price seems unfair

Fantastic I could not thank this dentist enough. I got an appointment on new year's eve when I couldn't find an appointment in Portland. Very quick and pain free I get anxious but was still able to get a tooth pulled I would recommend to everyone who needs work done to go here I'll definitely be back and not to expensive either Thank you.
