I have been a client of Itomic since 2010. Itomic developed my website Projectory that provides market intelligence on active and emerging projects in Australia. Itomic also developed a recent and major upgrade to the site. The team at Itomic are very knowledgable, highly professional and extremely prompt in their service and support. This has been invaluable and assured us we have invested in a product that is going to be a great fit, now and well into the future.While we have a new site up and running now, Itomic's support has continued as we have needed it. Itomic have designed , updated and hosted our website for a small charity called Biorehab for Kids which helps children with severe Cerebral Palsy. Ross , Izumi and the team at Itomic have been doing all this work pro-bono for us since our charity started nearly 10 x years ago and have been fantastic in their support and we thank them for their help for our beautiful Children. The recent upgrade makes our website more modern and user friendly which helps for our fundraising activities and was done in a smooth transition with a super result.

Scope creep and additional charges are the modus operandi and little to no after-sales support without open-ended billing. Our project delivery was incomplete and they terminated our business relationship after payment. Overall very painful to deal with. Recommend seeking alternative solutions
