We rented through Prowealth for 4 years and cannot fault them. Gabby and the team were always pleasant to deal with, dealt with maintenance issues quickly, and were not overbearing with the inspections.We would definitely rent through them again.

I have been renting from many different real estate agents over the years and never had an issue until lImistakenly chose a property managed by this agency.The propery was not well maintained and often had long grass and webs every where at the front of the property, I was told by their own pest control that the house was not maintained properly and thats the cause for a roach infestation but they continue to blame us for it then saying there never was an infestation depsite me providing multiple photos that there was issues.We sometimes send requests for some issues but they were ignored.I was often mocked by management when emailing them with concerns.I have never had an issue until i came to prowealth.They show they care about the rental propery owners but in 2 years i lived st thr property there was only about 3 inspections carried out and building wasnt maintained well.Word experienced ive ever had and I ran away as fast as.possible due to stress from renting for these people.if i could i wouldn't even give one star. Just horrible. Good riddance.

Prowealth manage the property next door to me. We are having issues with the tenants regarding noise and parties. Joanna has been dismissive, rude and uninterested in assisting us. I cannot begin to imagine the poor quality of service provided to tenants and owners.

Previously rented a prowealth managed property. 3 out of the 4 external doors to the home did not lock. We notified them within the first week of moving in and again at the first inspection. We did not feel safe and they were breaching contract providing a home that is not secure. We broke lease and only then did they want to address our concerns in hopes we will stay. Thank you for your exceptional work selling our unit in such a short time (first week on the market). It should now be a 'record' for a one bedder in Kelvin Grove.We received a letter the other day from another real estate stating that their recent sale was the highest price achieved for a one bedder in the last 8 years. You've smashed that!!Your advice, prompt communication through the whole process, attention to, and timely actions in organising trades to fix some minor issues was beyond our expectations. Honestly, this is a very unpleasant real estate to deal with. Do not recommend renting a property through them and/or having Joanna as your property manager, zero customer service from her part, she doesn’t know how to deal with people and is mostly rude.Not efficient communication from their end when renting property. They don’t provide e enough information and when you ask something…good luck!Not seeking any resolution for my case just sharing my experience.

Prowealth managed my rental property for a couple of years.
