I wanted to reach out to you regarding my recent interaction with your team. I found your demeanor to be extremely rude and unprofessional, and it made my experience with your company very unpleasant.This morning I came in to reschedule my full face laser appointment and I waited there for almost 30 minutes and the were no therapists in reception. After 30 mins, Alex, the manager of Laser Clinics Gungahlin walked in from her lunch break and didn’t even apologise for a long wait! and I told her that I want to postpone my today’s appointment to some other day as I cannot make it for today due to Uni Class. She said as there is a 48 hr cancelation policy I cannot do it! And I told her I tried to contact you guys through phone by no one ever picks up and even if I leave a voice mail you guys will get back to be after 2-3 day! She was extremely rude saying that she cannot do it! So I told her I’ll make it to today appointment and left.And later today I WAS JUST 8 mins late for my appointment and Alex (Manager) was so rude saying no I cannot do it cause I’m 8 mins late! She said I will still be charged for my today’s appointment.I have never experienced this in my 5yrs with laser clinic Gungahlin guys! And I have been late before once and they contacted me to check if I can make it to the appointment on time but, this time I didn’t get a call from them and when I brought this up with Alex she made an excuse saying “that’s cause we spoke this morning that’s why I didn’t give you a call!” I had a uni class in Belconnen and I was rushing right after it and I was 8 mins late! This is completely not fair! When I was trying to make a point she was being soo rude and saying that I’m arguing with her! As I said I have never experienced this in 5yrs!As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, even if we may not see eye-to-eye on an issue. Your behaviour was unacceptable and left a bad impression on me about your business.I hope that in the future, you will make a conscious effort to improve your customer service skills and provide a more positive experience for your customers. And pls stop hiring rude/rasist Therapists you you want your customers to be satisfied!

Fantastic service and results from Laser Clinics Gungahlin. I’ve been impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of all therapists, during both laser hair removal and vascular laser treatments. Staff are always willing to slot appointments in, even during busy periods, and have even been able to talk through some treatments on the phone prior to booking to answer questions and queries. I highly recommend.

Im a regular client of Laser Skin clinic and love coming to my appointments.Sheridan is the nicest of people you will ever meet and a highly skilled clinician.She is thorough during consultations and treatment,Im thrilled with the results she achieves for me. Had my first session today for laser hair removal at the Gungahlin LCA! All of the staff were really friendly and welcoming, right from the start, they made booking via the phone super easy. Lina was super amazing and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. The clinic was really clean and inviting. Looking forward to the rest of my treatments!

Alex did my treatment, she is so knowledgeable and a major asset to the business!

This place used to be really good with, great customer service with very Professional staff. Sadly its no longer the same. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff who are rushing the job without care and respect :(

Can not begin to express how disappointed I am right now. Showed up 4 minutes late and I was labelled as “now show”. The treatment slot is for 10 minutes however they usually spend no more than 10 seconds to do a full face laser. So showing up 4 minutes late during a very rainy day should not be called no show or late, and charge for the session. What about the times we wait for 10 to 20 minutes when you are running late!! Never coming back here again.

I had a wonderful experience with Laser Clinics Gungahlin. Sonia helped me for few of my hair removal sessions. She is amazing and always made sure it was extremely relaxing! I highly recommend!

I cannot express to you how disappointed I am in the service at this clinic. I had a pre-paid treatment, unfortunately I had missed my first appointment due to being sick with COVID-19, I rang the clinic and advised them of the reason for missing my appointment and asked if I could make another appointment at a later date.I turned up today for the appointment I had rescheduled and was told they had taken my prepayment and if I wanted the treatment I would have to pay again. I can provide a Dr certificate to confirm my illness and I think taking someones prepayment without the client receiving a treatment is grossly unfair. I will not be returning to this establishment.At no point was I told when rescheduling that I would have to pay again for the treatment.

I’ve had a few treatments here before, but Lina offered the best service I’ve ever received. Outstanding enthusiasm, she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I’ll recommend my friends come here if she is still working.
