I highly recommend treating yourself to an immersive 2 hour coaching and reiki session with Catherine at Spiritual Nutrition. Catherine's approach is wholistic, she uses sound healing which just resonates throughout your body, essential oils, flower essences and reiki that leave you feeling so peaceful and tranquil. Honestly, the tension and tiredness I felt just melted away by the end of the time with her. She offers invaluable insights and I left with tools to work with from her coaching practice.
