Trish has a great approach to fitness and wellbeing. She is supportive and designs programs that are specific and challenging. Our regular sessions involve juggling a little one so I very much appreciate her flexibility in scheduling. Trish has to be one of the most PASSIONATE PT's I have ever met! She wants you to achieve your goals, she knows her stuff and she makes working out with her fun. Her stretching after the session is AMAZING! not only has she helped me on my fitness journey but also my clients on the NDIS. 10/10 would recommend, thank you! xx

Healthy Self Fitness
Before I started PT sessions, I had bad lower back pain to the point I regularly had to use heat packs and had days I couldn’t even bend. I had my first session with Trish in September, my first session when I met Trish, she assessed where I was at and really listened to what I had to say and what my goals were, I have never felt so at ease with a PT before. I have now completed my first 10 sessions and have booked more, in this time I have lost approx 15kg, I am fitting back into some old clothes, built up a strong and safe foundation for my work out goals. I have even progressed and achieved more than I ever knew I could do. As for my lower back pain it has drastically improved my bad back days, I have gone from having bad back days multiple times a week to once every few weeks. I can’t remember the last time i had such a bad back day that I was in so much pain I couldn’t bend. I’m so appreciative of Trish and everything she has done for me. From changing our session time after finding out the weather is going to be 48 on PT day, to being flexible and understanding about my super busy, high pressure job, adjusting a PT session on the fly because she really knows her stuff even explaining to me how each exercise would benefit/help me and why. Trish was able to adjust how many reps I was doing or change the way in which I did an exercise so I wouldn’t get hurt if I mentioned something did feel the best I.e my back or just adjusting it so I could achieve the best outcome for me for that session. The stretching at the end of the session has definitely been a pleasant surprise, it has reduced my recovery time, helped with the loosening of muscles even improving and getting some of my flexibility back that I thought I had lost for ever. The best decision I ever made for my journey was taking the leap of faith and contacting Trish, I couldn’t have done it without her.
