Linden cleaned my sofa & carpet late last year. I found her to be very knowledgeable & easy to talk to. Both came up really well & I thought the cost was great value.Just after New Years, my two dogs were sick over the sofa. Linden called me back within hours & was there the same day as she was visiting people in the area.I'm extremely impressed with Linden's service & will be a long term customer.

After experiencing flooding in our house with the recent storms, ChemDry Nova certainly came to the rescue. Linden and Ken were friendly and reliable and I was so grateful they could help not only with drying out the carpet but also getting rid of the smell at the source - as opposed to simply using deodoriser. They are thorough and dependable and excellent value. Great job! Will be having them back to do my rugs next!

Linden responded to my call about a new wool rug that a family dog was sick on, gave amazing advice and took it away for cleaning. I felt reassured by her knowledge and professionalism and it was returned cleaner than when we first bought it, stain free and smelling so fresh. Linden and Ken have done an amazing job of cleaning my extremely dirty Aniline Leather (King Furniture) Lounge. This is an old lounge that we considered disposing of due to its age and condition. Linden and Ken have transformed this sorry tired mess into a beautiful clean lounge and added many more years of family use. Her skill, knowledge and dedication to her work shines through in the results. She is a ChemDry Superwoman" and an absolute credit to the company name. From our initial contact of a phone quote, she was so friendly, informative and professional, that we felt we could trust her and we certainly weren’t disappointed.Linden arrived on time, setup with no fuss and completed the clean of our carpets, which looked amazing when finished. Linden at Chemdry Nova Carpet really knows her stuff. I’d spilt a glass of red wine on a wool carpet with the paper-based backing fibre and wet it too much. Then scrubbed it. Linden explained that the backing basically breaks up and the carpet pile “reversed” and looks ungroomed. Linden said she’d do her best. She did a brilliant job. Yes I can just see where I wet and scrubbed the carpet but it looks lost brand new. I’m very happy with her service. I’d recommend Linden to anyone who wants their carpets cleaned professionally.
