Australia Post - Wagga Wagga Post Shop

If I could put it lower than one star, I would.If you walk into this post office, and get served by a lady named Linda, RUN! she is nothing but rude, does not want to help and has no care for the customers. I hope Auspost realise this lady" needs to be retrained in customer service and just common sense. never go there. do yourself a favour. 0/10"

Go to south Wagga post office for a better experience

I have been there few times.But every time just felt so stressful.Even got ready: I have a parcel howany kg how many Gram,Where is sending to and no rush for few months still will be greeted like serious unhappy face....

Some staff are lovely but the two older ladies in there need to remove the stick from their behinds, re educate and learn some compassion.I go in there with my daughter, always with a smile on and often met with Sour looks and sharp tones whilst partner walks in with my daughter and has zero issue as they are as lovely as can be.I'm not a teen mother, I don't dress crazy, I'm polite and kind to service staff so lost as to what their issue with me is. It's uncomfortable and off putting.Been sent on a wild goose chase because they have no idea about their own policies. Had to travel to Canberra to go to the post office in the city with a 6 month old just to save our bacon.Whats the point of having these people employed if they can't do the job effectively or correctly? Unfortunately, will probably have to return at some point and they know that.

The photo attached is the individual who works for aus post, he came to my house didnt even knock on the door - yelled DID SOMEBODY SAY MENULOG" - from which I $hit my pants in fear. Also got kicked by someone doing a math major in uni"

Busy post office with helpful staff.Was using self serve for the first time and the staff member walked me through it when she could see I was struggling.

Always very helpful and quick to solve any problems.

Staff in the post office are helpful but it's a bit tiring having to go there to collect an item that couldn't be delivered to an office with at least 20 people present because 'unable to gain access' or some other lame excuse

Linda was extremely rude. Trying to return parcels she was impatient and snappy. Must be a requirement to work At Australia post.
