Best hairdresser in Sippy Downs. I have very thick hair and Kaylee always does great job in styling and colouring my hair.

The fixed price is $45 and the lady expected me to leave in 20 mins. Because my complaint of her rough work, it went 30mins. But the outcome was still disappointed. The main thing was the frequency and speed of using scissor by the lady were incredibly low, made me doubt if she was on probation. When I told her it’s not even or symmetry on both side, she said twice...because there are different volume of hair on each side. I didn’t even want to respond! Of course as my hair is side part! Do I have to change to central part so she can know how to do it ? And when I complain the cutting edge/lines were so clear and looked so studpid, she said twice...if she had a razor with her then she could deal with that but unfortunately she didn’t...all right so I had to buy it? I was hoping she could do more fine cutting by a scissor like a real designer but only she did was using the thinning scissor to try to make to lines vague, so I knew she couldn’t help for her skill level. My previous cut was in North Lake Westfield, $48. I am sure they have more rental pressure and also don’t have many experiences to deal with the ‘thicker Asian hair’. But they put double time, double effort and double speed of cutting to make a satisfying service. The lady tried to be nice with me as my face was green and gave me $10 discount so I was thinking at least she tried to fix up...and I couldn’t see my back head entirely. Everyone I met the next day asked me what happened with my hair as they could see clearly “three lines” on my back head and “asymmetry profile.” Just don’t pay $45 for “designers” who don’t know how to use cutting scissor but rely on thinning scissors or razors all the time!

Turned up for an appointment at Gezin Hair today, only to find nobody at the store. It was closed. I will not be returning or recommending this hairdresser to anyone in the future. I had this appointment booked in for an important event and I was unable to have my hair done in time.I also tried phoning the store and the phone was disconnected. There was no sign or note left at the store to explain why my appointment was cancelled without notice.I will now be taking my future business elsewhere.
