Overall experience was amazing. My fiance loves her ring and James was incredibly helpful and understanding from the first appointment. Derek was great as well in adjusting the size of the ring twice for it to fit perfectly. A huge thank you from the both of us, we could not be happier with the ring and experience. They scratch distinctly my expensive steel watch cases when they switching band.

Partner went in for a ring sizing to give me a general idea what size ring I should get her. Staff member was rude and condescending, and did not offer any assistance, with the insinuation that if I'm not getting the ring from them they won't give a size. A polite, Sorry

She assisted us every step of the way from finding the right stones and shapes for our design. I found it difficult to find time to make into store. However, Elisse was extremely accommodating and made the process simple with only a few visits and the rest via email.I would also like to thank Jess, as when we were finally able to make it in to the store she assisted with the extra design ideas, stones sizing and band choices. WOW! Now that was service.I have been searching for a particular Tag Heuer watch for some time now and I found it on the James Thredgold website. I e-mail the company, Derek replied within the day, the next day a purchased the watch and within 24 hours it had been delivered to my home. From Norwood SA to Central Vic within 24 hours.I was nervous about the transaction, but Derek was fantastic.
