7-Eleven

I always go to this 7 eleven it's close to me. Laskman is always professional and friendly. It's always pretty clean. All the items in stock are the same as other 7eleven stores. I come here for the coffee and i like the sandwich and muffins to. I went there today and they had a special on coffee only $1 for a large instead of $2

5 stars to the lovely morning staff (Asian male and Female who are always together).I drive purposely here because they are are such a delight!Plus the $1 coffee is amazing.Best assortment of trashy mags too. Oh and the orange and poppy seed muffins are fab.Always open is a plus, I've seen them cleaning regularly, so you know they're hygienic.Really good value and arrangemen of hot bevs!MUCH better than the sludge at McCafe across the road!Really good set up for a small servo, though needs LPG set up and a second coffee machine!Thanks guys for making my mornings that little bit easier!Thumbs up!

They found my credit card on the floor and somehow managed to contact me and I got it back and they wouldn’t take any reward! Thanks so much guys

Worst staff ever met. Won’t let customer inside buy things but telling them to keep waiting outside until he finished his cleaning. Very rude Indian staff.

I find it extraordinary that 7/11 has provided the best vegan pie I've ever had, but here we are in this timeline where it's exactly the case. I wouldn't change it for anything

Nice clean shop. Very clean at the coffee machine and friendly staff.

Car broke down today at the bowser. Staff was very understanding despite vehicle blocking the pump for over an hour. Staff even helped push the car into car park after RACV could not get the car to start.

You maintain the worst staff who have no sense what so ever to talk to a customer. We regularly stop by at this store and have never been treated that way. I walked in at 10 pm to redeem my coffee and sandwich vouchers that I availed from the city. I had one sandwich voucher and two coffee vouchers. The console operator, Radha, tells us that the sandwich voucher needs to be stamped. If it does need to then why doesn’t 7 eleven train their staff to stamp it? This guy Radha didn’t even check our coffee vouchers and tells us that the vouchers are expired. I guess this is how he is trained to use his instincts. And then he says, “I know how you got them”. And then he’s training another guy. Such a funny site. It’s not about money but the way you treat a customer does matter. After this we didn’t even feel like filling fuel. Change your attitude Radha!

Unfriendly and inexperienced evng staff the guy who works at sunday evng shift is very unprofessional and irritating even dont know about the deals. Don’t have Custmer service knowledge

Unfriendly and inexperienced night staff the guy who works at night shift is very unprofessional and don’t have the ethics to talk to customers. The only store of 7/11 that i have experienced due to bad service and very rude staff .
