I am consistently impressed by the superb service at Petstock Heatherbrae. The staff are always so polite, helpful and willing to offer advice. Always say hello when you walk in and offer to help take items to your car. Highly recommend.

Not my local pet store or even the closest, but definitely the one with better customer service than 95% of other retail stores.The staff are always willing to go out of their way to help you, from going out of their way to help you take things to the counter, to walking things out to your car.They’re also genuinely lovely people who are always up for having a chat, or to recommend products with knowledge.So while there are plenty more pet stores closer to my residence, I’ll always drive that little bit extra to get the best customer service in pet care.

Caleb always has a smile on his face and is always so welcoming and helpful. He was the trainer for our German Shepard during puppy school and has never forgotten our doggo's name. The rest of the team is awesome too! Great store (:

Drive 40 min one way, to collect a 15cm Comet" gold fish that the sales person guaranteed me when I was in store on Monday.. Got called yesterday my ordered fish had arrived and I could collect at my convenience. Once there I found the 15 cm Comet was around 7cm? When I questioned the "supervisor" (20 year old scruffy looking kid) why they guaranteed a 15cm fish and come up with a 7cm the reply was "that's all I could get"!Why not tell me this on the phone rather than make me waste my time and petrol!! All I got with a "who cares" attitude.No stars for the customer service here. I will certainly spread the word. What a joke!!"
