Really was amazed by how brilliantly this potentially painful and stressful experience was handled by Dr Jesse. He was confident, friendly and calm all the way through. Explained everything in detail in my consult and then talked through what he was doing during the procedure. And just hearing him say “good” every now and then was really comforting.
