Have been to Manny's to buy equipment on a few occasions, this may have been our last. The service is great good with knowledgeable people. I purchased a harmonica for Xmas for my wife and found that she already had that key. When asked if she could exchange it they said they didn't exchange harmonicas. This was still in the card board box it was presented to me from the shop untouched as that is how I received it taking their word it was so. Disappointed.

I have been a regular customer of Mannys for many years, but their ability to deliver a product on time is woeful. Understandably they are being let down by Auspost, but they literally did nothing to help me. My package has been out for delivery now for 17 days and I still don't know when I will see it. Their competitors consistently deliver in 1-2 days.

Good store but my husband is still waiting on a receipt to be emailed to him for an expensive DJ Mixer. He has called and emailed and even after they said they'd send it. Still not received. Otherwise I would have put 5 stars

Great experience overall and incredibly helpful staff! Ask away and they will help you with all of your music needs. Will always support this type of fun and friendly business. Try out all of the new products they have to offer :)

I have to modify my review. Information that was provided during my visit and heard by both my wife and myself turned out to be wrong. Still a good range of equipment, but I would definitely NOT purchase from Mannys.

Terrible Customer Service.The young guy definitely had no Musical knowledge.He couldn't discuss Guitars or Equipment, didn't know about different kinds of wood on the Guitars. Or, anything about Sound & Amplifiers, Pedals, Etc...I doubt if he even knew who Jeff Beck was.The prices are over the Top! One Amp we looked at there, but weren't allowed to try out, cost $2,700. No Professional Discount either, so don't ask.We got the same Amp at another Store for $1,712.Big difference. Brand New made in February 2023 by Marshall in L.A.Another of my pet hates was the signs. They were everywhere!Please ask a Sales Person before touching an Instrument." This just deters people.As if we Musicians don't respect the Tools of our Profession. We didn't stay long. It was understaffed with unqualified Sales People.And let me tell you

Was there on the weekend to try a couple of guitars out. Thinking about whether I continue to pursue acoustic... or try electric.The young guy who served me could not have been more polite nor helpful.. great effort.I tried out a beautiful Gibson and a Gretsch resonator (that they opened a box for me to try).Acknowledged that I'm not necessarily a buyer right away, but still offered to get photos and recordings of gear from their other stores and price match if needed.I was very pleasantly surprised.As a bit of a novice it can be intimidating walking into these stores and even daring to touch some of the nicer instruments. I enjoyed this experience.Thanks!
