Great place to stop while on a boat trip. Really enjoyed the ambience, food, service. The rum and coke was very welcome after a choppy boat ride.

We had a lovely lunch yesterday . Food was delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive.Photo is of my husbands dessert A Treasure of Chocolate.Parking at busy times is a little difficult so give yourself time to get a park and to your allotted time

Although Tide on the jetty in Manly serves a quick and delicious meal with quality ingredients, it's worth noting that the buns and pancakes were unfortunately burnt. Despite this flaw, the food was generally enjoyable and delivered promptly. It's important to acknowledge that burnt food can significantly affect the overall taste and texture of a meal. As such, restaurants should be vigilant in ensuring that their food is prepared and served to the highest standards. In conclusion, while Tide on the jetty in Manly does provide a fast and tasty meal with quality ingredients, the issue with the burnt buns and pancakes is a significant concern that needs to be addressed. Hopefully, the restaurant will take this feedback constructively and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of their food.

The best thing about this place is the location. The service is friendly and efficient... BUT... I don't go to a restaurant for the view or service, I go for the food.Saturday morning breakfast left a lot to be desired. My thoughts have always been, why go out for something you can do better yourself. The below picture is their Smashed Avo on toast" and cost $18. The poached eggs are an add on and cost extra.Plate was lifeless and flavour was even more so.A few balsamic glazed tomatoes ond some crumbled feta would have lifted it. But this is not even cafe food.Based on this experience

A marvellous spot.It is an awesome seaside atmosphere in the restaurant. From there, you'll see the local people fishing, sailing, boating, walking dogs, kids jumping in water and more.By then, bet you're thirsty and hungry. However, be patient. The service is slow. The staff are working but on a holiday mood. Hope, you aren't in a hurry.Do not over order. Ask what small and large share plates mean on the menu.Barra dish was superb.Sirloin was a great quality but it was over cooked for me and personally I didn't like the butter.Otherwise, Bob's your uncle. For me, I'm hungry for more.

We’ve been here a few times and our first time the food was incredible. We went back again and the food was average but we assumed it was just the change of menu. Tried it out for a third time recently and it’s only gone downhill. The food was delicious, but incredibly overpriced, and absolutely tiny portions. We walked out hungrier than we were when we arrived. The staff were very friendly and the view is beautiful.

Another lunch at Tide on a quiet day. It's a beautiful spot amongst the boats in the marina. The restaurant is built for the view, looking out towards the bay. The atmosphere is 5 star and the food was delicious. But as usual, the service was poor. We were left waiting to be seated, had to ask for water, and had to find our own menus. The menu wasn't explained clearly, and as a result, I ordered too much. The restaurant was quiet but we waited quite a while for our meals. So, if you don't mind waiting (and being ignored), then go for the location and the food (once it comes).

For the past three year I and my family of five have enjoyed our visits to your establishment and have look forward to each and every booking we have made with you.But last Saturday's, 28 Jan 23, nights booking and meals were a real disappointment. We invited friends along for the night, so a booking for nine. I and our guest were shocked to see the menu and its pricing. I'm wife wanted to leave straight away, but as we made a booking we stuck to it.The main meals, though some on the larger size, did not come with any sides, the fish ordered for the four kids had no chips or salad, had to be ordered as extra at quite some cost (why did you stop adding sides?). No other places we take our kids does this, they come with the meal. Our invited guests ordered a steak, small for a steak,$70, no sides unless ordered. Our guest were left speechless. The food also took close to an hour to arrive. Again very disappointing.I will say the service and staff were very good.Unfortunately the night left us and our guests with a very bitter after taste and sizeable financial outlay for the food we received that night and for this reason we will not be recommending your restaurant and returning until meals change and are value for money.I will say, I will miss your location and atmosphere, but the food needs to be of the same level.Goodbye.

Our last experience here was disappointing. Unfortunately the menu seems confused and lacks a clear direction. The staff were all new and couldn’t provide much information. The prawns were over cooked and couldn’t be easily separated from the shell. The fish was yum but small portion. The best parts were the scallops l, king fish carpaccio, and the big sliders- AMAZING! oh and their wine list is good! It’s still worth going but I wish their menu told a better story at this price point.
