I work with a colleague that dealt with a woman who said she was the strata manager for a building at Burwood Rd, Burwood. My colleague has been commended publicly and directly to us in regards to her lovely telephone manner and is a lovely person to everyone. Relm strata manager yelled at my colleague about something the strata manager didn't understand. As my colleague tried to get a word in to understand what she didn't understand, the strata manager hung up on her!When my colleague called her back, the strata manager told her she 'hung up on her because she was annoying to talk to.'REALLY?! Wow, how are you a manager?! Whatever is going on in your life, try being professional or try listening.... it doesn't cost anything at all. Why am I providing feedback? Because my colleague doesn't deserve to treated like that and because it's not OKAY to treat anybody that way!

Being a first time lot owner in a Strata complex, I've found the team at RELM to be very helpful, and responsive with all the questions my partner & I had. They also had the knowledge and experience to recommend solutions to any issues we or the building had. Would highly recommend!

RELM has, in my opinion, improved their services dramatically in recent years. They are more attentive and proactive in getting things done. We have had a lot of queries and work to be done in our building and RELM had always been happy to assist and provide the required solution be it sending the tradesman or providing quotes. I am hoping this will continue in coming years.

After a terrible experience with our last Strata Management company, I was on the lookout for an integral company that was professional, responsive and gave genuine advice. I'm glad to have switched over to Relm because that is exactly what we got. They're a great team.

Poor cash management. Not helpful with following building defect with builder. Eagerly to hand over the service even before contract ends to leave a mess to new strata.
