An absolute great place to stay. The cabin i am in is immaculate and the ground yards are very very tidy. Quiet at night and pleasant in the day time. 5 stars from me.

My partner and I have been living in a two bedroom cabin for two weeks now. We have found both the reception and maintenance team to be very helpful. Any issues that have needed to be fixed were done quickly and efficiently. Amenities are clean and the park itself is clearly well maintained. Reasonable prices and a friendly community, definitely recommend this place for people looking for cheap rent in a safe and secure location.

Great place,friendly staff,but can someone tell that foul mouthed woman from 3a,to put a muzzle on after 8pm.

Lived here for 8 years now. Great place I recommend. Also happy the laundry is now 24/7. The owner is very friendly and always say hello when walking past.

Extra fees charged that are actually illegal (as they never provide usage according to electricity advice), e.g electricity. Rent imcreases regardless every six months. Pool only open half of the year if that. Must pay for car parking @ $20 per week. Office staff are rude and often over charge im fees where they can. Some tenants steal and love to spy as tenants are so close together. Forget bond refund as tenants are required to leave accomodation brand new, which is impossible, so they charge fees and deduct from bond, failing to consider wear n tear. Air con units are at least 15years old and cost top dollar to run. All washing costs $5.00 per load and $1.00 per minute to dry. I was so dissappointed in this place l really.cant recommend. Police have their own key to access premises if they are required. No bond returned in lue of fees . Charge for gardening as well.Yours Sincerely & Without Biasis,Isabella

I have been living here for 2 years now and I don't like living here. The first 4 to 6 months when I first moved in was alright but after that I didn't like living here and here are a few reasons why I don't like living here. 1. The cabins are to small and you trip over the table or the bed and it gets annoying and you feel cramped in and you feel depressed and miserable. 2. The rent is too expensive for a small cabin, I pay $215 a week for a small cabin. 3. There are no bins outside near your cabin you have to go all the way to the bins near the front of the cabin park which is an inconvenience if you are living towards the back of the cabin park like I am. 4. You have to use the laundry facilities which is near the office which is an inconvenience for people that work like I do it would be easier and better if there was a washing machine and dryer in the cabins. 5. The shower in the cabins are too small because I don't know about anyone else who lives here or stays here but everytime I have a shower I always bash my elbows on the wall and it hurts and it gets annoying because you feel really cramped in having a shower. 6. The tv reception in the cabins isn't very good, I can only get some of the channels not all of them and the ones which I can get play up anyway which also gets annoying. 7. Some of the washing machines and dryers don't work properly and that is annoying. 8. There is only a little bit of bench space in the cabin which I'm in and it is annoying when I am trying to organise a meal. 9. There is not much of a pantry to put food in which is annoying.

It's really nice and in excellent general. The rooms are good but if you take for family room which is more nice more space. I recommend it cause is very good, very clean in all options.

Safe & quite at good value. I have been living in a 2 bedroom cabin for 6 months with no issues at all and my 2 young sons especially enjoy the well maintained kids playground that is onsite.
