Beaumont Tiles Hobart

Great staff and showroom. I made a small purchase of only 6 large tiles and they cut 3 of them for me but when I got home I found they were 304mm wide and not 300mm as they were marked so I rang them and they said bring them back and they would be happy to refund them even though they had been cut. Their customer service is excellent.

My partner and I walked in the Beaumont tiles show room and were greeted with silence, not only did no staff members acknowledge us there was also no ambient music. We walked around the whole showroom by ourselves with no help offered, while two team members gossiped- which we could hear and was clearly not work related. Fed up we decided to leave, only then as we were walking out the door did someone ask if we needed help, too little too late. Absolutely awful service, I would avoid if you actually need help because you won't get it.

Big shout out to Caitlin ( hobart branch) for her exceptional customer service today.I walked in to Beaumont tiles in desperation as another Tile place had completley stuffed up my order I had placed 3 months ago and was only notified today they weren't here & I required the tiles by next week for the builders!!!!So, after a quick dash to Beaumont Hobart, I was explaining my situation to Caitlin who quickly reassured me stating, I will get you out of this mess"

Im my opinion this is a good store if you know exacly what you nesd to buy and can just go in there and fly solo with selections. On the other hand if you're like my wife and i who have no idea and require customerr service this is a place to avoid. Not only were we not even acknowledged during our 20 minute stay there, but at one point it looked like a team member was coming over and she walked straight past us ro the guy behind us. Very disappointing as the store has a nice range which is the only reason i gave 2 stars. I made a couple of tile selections here but will be asking the guy doing my bathroom reno to source them from elsewhere.

Experienced amazing customer service with Beaumont recently. Kurt was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Not only did they provide me with a very competitive price for tiles, they have made sure constant updates were provided on the tile delivery as they knew I was in a hurry to receive them. To top this off, I was one tile short of finishing the bathroom renovation (no fault of Beaumont as they did order the extra 10% but just somehow ended up short upon tiling) and rang up Beaumont regarding the predicament and had offered me the same tile which was on display in their showroom. Will definitely go back to Beaumont for future tiling needs. Job well done to Kurt and Mark from Beaumont

Purchased 6 boxes of tiles at almost $200/box. Was encouraged to buy more than we needed and was told we could return unopened boxes for a refund. When returning an unopened box, was then told we would have never said that" (by the same person)
