TERRIBLE to deal with.... they don't return phone calls... multiple calls over a week time frame. This business has an excuse for everything. Arrogant and doesn't receive feedback on why potential customers are angry about waiting around for phone calls.Like to take a risk enjoy... otherwise BEWARE!

I would recommend Jake and his team to anyone, did a fantastic job, worked on a public holiday and were quick and efficient!!!?? The negative comment, must be a communication breakdown.

Extremely disappointed with the bubbling that occurred on our roof less than 6 months after it was restored. It's now well over a year with endless phone calls and messages on our behalf with nothing but lip service. If you dare get these guys to work on your roof, GOOD LUCK... you'll need it.

Had this company re-bed re-point and replace some broken tiles. A great transaction. It’s a AAA+ from me.

Had Jake come out to my house last year to quote me for a rebed and point of a gable end and point the ridge tiles and my heart sunk when he told me on the spot it was a 3 day job and would cost $3200. Told him I would get some more quotes and immediately he said make sure they are doing the exact same work as I am. MOD roofing and Rogers roofing both well undercut the price with both being just over $1000 for the job. Also Mod roofing got it done within a day and a half. Get another quote to compare with these guys to make sure you aren't getting ripped off.
