I have been going to brow lover for 3 years now, when I first went my brows were thin and sparse with no shape Vanessa worked with me to create the full brows I have now allowing them to grow over time. I recently got eyebrow feathering with Vanessa and I couldn’t be happier, my brows look amazing 24/7 effortlessly. She calmed and nerves I had and checked in with me after my service. I would recommend her to everyone!! She has a great energy and her salon is a vibe

Avoid at all cost.Not only did Vanessa butcher my brows, the lack of customer service is disgusting. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early, she knew I was there yet didn’t even acknowledge me. It’s time for my appointment yet I’m still left waiting all because her mate was 20+ mins late for her appointment and she wanted to do her first. Should of just left at that first red flag.I understand that brows aren’t supposed to be twins but she could of at least made mine related. They were terribly uneven and when I bought that to her attention I got attitude back saying it’ll have to be fixed at the touch up. This was my first time getting my brows done so I had no idea about numbing cream, would of been nice to have gotten a bit of info beforehand in an email/sms. Sure that’s on me not doing research beforehand but once again it’s something she could of supplied for that extra bit of customer service, like every other brow place does.She did somewhat fix my brows at the touch up appointment however I ended up getting them lasered off cause they were still bad.It’s such an unprofessional environment with no credentials displayed anywhere it’s obvious she just watched a YouTube tutorial. I’m surprised this place is still in business.

Vanessa is so talented and an absolute sweetheart. Never bats an eye if I have to bring my son with me to appointments and makes us both feel super welcome. Highly recommend Brow Lover! I've known Vanessa for a little over three years and haven't gotten my brows done by anyone else! She's amazing with her work and is always booked out for weeks! Kailey is an exceptional makeup artist and is also really great with brows and lashes! Really love the great work girls. They're both friendly and funny, never a dull moment in the studio.

I look forward to my appointments with Vanessa! She is super talented, accomodating to my kids and has such a friendly nature. I have had almost every treatment (Multiple brow feathering app, lash lift’s, brow lamination and always a cheeky tint) I have never left the salon feeling anything other than gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Did not get what I paid for at all. You look at her Instagram and you expect to have a similar product given to you. It was completely different. Not even close to what I asked for at all, my eyebrows were quite honestly terrible. I booked in for hybrid brows and was under the impression there would be mapping and some care taken with applying the product. BOTH my brows were completely different, not even close in shape to one another and it definitely isn’t a situation where your brows a sister not twins. It was bad ! My left eyebrow was rounded whilst my right was more square, not to mention them stopping at different points on my face (one longer than the other) and thick tails. I have had hybrid brows done before and my goodness it wasn’t even close to what I was used to.I have severe skin issues (eczema) I told her to please not wipe my face with alcohol wipes and to not wax under my eyebrows as my eyelids were already inflamed. She didn’t even try to remember what I said because she did it anyways. I am a blonde, my eyebrows were stained with pretty much black tint. Something I would have paid 15$ for at a nail salon. When I mentioned to her that they were quite dark, she just said “oh you can wash them off when you get home”. I have no idea if her services have improved. But I’m shocked that there’s such positive reviews because multiple of my friends have been to Vanessa (Brow lover) and have had a similar experience.Overall she does not listen, you do not get what you pay for or even close to what she promotes on her Instagram. And you definitely will walk out embarrassed of what you eyebrows look like.
