From the initial greeting through to the check up & clean this was the most pleasant dental experience I’ve had. Dr Lauren listened to all and any concerns and thoroughly explained everything to expect at the appointment. She has a warm calming nature and has my highest recommendation for anyone looking for their next dentist.

I didn't go to the dentist for approximately 20 years because of childhood trauma. I finally decided to get proactive about my health and so made an appointment at Heal Dental.I have just enjoyed (yes, I mean that literally) my third visit with Dr Murray. He has a great personality and his passion is evident. The chatting and laughs do not detract from the fact that he is a highly skilled professional.It's a warm and welcoming environment with beautiful decor and very friendly staff.I highly recommend Heal Dental and I believe my husband and son would feel the same.

Visited Heal Dental Care (a Burleigh dentist) on 24 Sep 2021 for a quick clean and scale. Diana at reception was warm and helpful…I really liked the felt pen and laminated sheets on the clipboard of the patient questionnaire…what a great idea!! Dr Maddison was also warm and friendly, explaining what she was doing and warning of possible discomfort before proceeding. The environment and decor was very soothing and the whole experience made a typically unpleasant procedure very bearable!! Thanks, team!!

Seen doctor Maddie twice now, had fillings the other day. She made me feel really comfortable as I hate the dentist and haven’t been in years, thank you so much!! Thank you to dental assistant too. Both made me feel comfortable and less nervous- gave me a squeeze ball ❤️

I have been a client of Dr Murray Orr / Heal dental since they opened their doors over five years now. and have never looked back. Firstly, they gave me well researched advice on dental care/ treatment outcomes /risks for dental issues that were happening whilst I was pregnant with my first son. These were resolved wonderfully months after the delivery. I must say, being a busy mum, going to Heal is a sanctuary space, it is actually a little bit of me time (sad but true!), herbal teas are served, its quiet and my treatments have been seriously painless!! I have never been so comfortable in a dental chair! I actually nearly fell asleep getting a filling. No joke. My whole family now see the dentists at Heal. My first born (now five yrs) unfortunately has some cavities, his Dentist, Dr Jaimie Wang has been so awesome handling the intricacies of firstly making sure he is comfortable to be in the Chair ((NETFLIX, STICKERS, TOYS..etc) and also to have a good check up / clean... and now to handle the extraction of his molar! She is so great with children! I always recommend Heal, they provide real, holistic advice on all things dental care and are sensitive to the needs of families. You will always receive the holistic advice but will also obtain the traditional advice and will be led to feel comfortable with your decision in a treatment plan.

Wow! What an incredible experience from beginning to end at Heal Dental Care. For the first time in my life I looked forward to going to the dentist here! The team at Heal gave me the most amazing porcelain veneers I could have ever hoped for! The transformation was just incredible. Heal have incredible prices and a really short turn around time for veneers because they engineer them in store themselves. The entire experience was just a pleasure, the staff are so kind with fresh ideas and they have great cutting edge technology!Plus a huge benefit is that they are really environmentally conscious and the waiting room feels like waiting in a day spa!

Dr. Lauren is the perfect dentist! She is able to put you at ease (no matter how much pain you are in) and is extremely patient and explains all your options including a full breakdown of pricing. She’s so good you will actually need less follow up care because she is so good! Perfect for an emergency or for your regular care. (She also has surprising strong arms).

Best Dentist I have ever been to. Went in for an emergency extraction. Was the most painless and thorough procedure I have ever had. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. The dentist explained every part of the process and was extremely gentle. Cannot thank them enough. Absolutely the best dentist on the Gold Coast. A+++++P.S. They have a TV on the ceiling so you can watch television while they are doing the procedure plus they let me bring my tooth home...

I can’t speak too highly of this dental practise. The receptionists are reassuring, gently spoken and welcoming. The dentist nurses are quick to recognise what you need and assist with a beautiful manner. And, Jayanna the dentist I saw is a stand out. She worked to ensure that I was calm, informed, pain free and as relaxed as I could be with a tooth extraction. She was thorough in her investigations ensuring my well being at all costs.Toothache isn’t something that only happens from 9-5pm on a week day and this practise realises that and caters for you when you are in pain ensuring that you are free of pain as soon as possible! If you want a really caring, competent and kind professional dealing with your precious teeth, this is the place to go!

Extremely grateful to have found this dentist! I had to book my fifo partner in for emergency dental work and thought I wouldn’t be able to find anywhere over Easter, or if I could that it would cost thousands. The reception staff were so lovely and reassuring when booking, were kind and empathetic in a stressful situation and the dentist did an amazing job. Will be making this our permanent dentist now after such a lovely experience.
