If I could leave a 0 star review I happily would. The woman that works here is HORRIBLE. Always taking her time and getting angry at customers for absolutely no reason. I’ve seen her yell at a few customers for not having the correct amount of money as SHE HAS NO MONEY IN THE REGISTER.

Every time the fuel comes down in price they put signs up no E10 available. Yet every other service station around the area has E10. They are dishonest and need to be reported. Maybe A Current Affair would be interested in doing a story about there dishonesty!!! Will not be going back there even though I live across the road.

I filled up my vehicle which was driving fine with their 98 octane petrol (as per manufacturers instructions). The second I turned on the engine afterwards, it began misfiring and became undriveable. They didnt want to help whatsoever

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Worst experience, staff and owner always wants to give the customers small change instead of notes. No customer service, this place only wants money and will ask you repeatedly to buy something else with your purchase at checkout. Disgusting!

Just wanted to say what a wonderful example of a great employee you have in Jenny …… she is helpful , knowledgeable and went out of her way to show me prob the best customer service I have seen in a long time , she came across as warm and inviting when i approached her and I cannot say enough about how rare a find she is in the seven eleven ( or any other chain I have been a patron of ) pls duplicate her for every store .

We get a coffee here almost every morning when we walk our dog. Lisa and Michelle are such lovely people and always say hello and are always cleaning to make sure the store is top notch.

What a terrible customer service. The staff named Vini (as he told us) has no sense of talking to people. He is just waving and bossing around to customer. We asked him for chocolate powder for coffee and he is abusing in hindi like “chutiya customers and all” and all. Management needs to take strict action against this guy and get someone who is actually interested to work in this place.

Female staff member super friendly and helpful. Suggested I linked my velocity with the fuel lock app and explained all the benefits. What a great experience!
