Professional high quality service.Went to get my bike suspension checked and when there was nothing wrong with it he didn't even charge me for the troble. Then he found out the front steering bearing were worn out and offered to replace them for me. Was the best quote id received and the bike rides like a dream.

I took my Street Scrambler down to Suspension Smith (Mr Laurie Smith) for a review of what options were available to improve the handling, braking and ride. Laurie asked a few key questions about the riding, weight, terrain and gave me a good understanding of different prices options that would all help but had levels of quality and adjustability. Laurie gave me a ROM price and agreed he would call suppliers and ring me back as I visited him late in the day. He called back and gave me a timeline and quote and I booked the bike in. Despite the big floods that delayed delivery of parts, Laurie finished my bike very quickly. I took the bike for a test ride and was blown away by how much the changes have transformed the bike.Tip: Laurie doesn’t currently have EFTPOS, so make plans for cash or a bank transfer.I was really pleased with the customer service and installation work that Laurie did for the bike. Just had a suspension tune up on a stock out of the shop ZX6R. Adjusted all the shocks to my weight and the tyre pressures to compliment. Couldn’t believe the improvement, the bike rides like an absolute legend. Can’t recommend enough!

I walked in off the street with an unusual shock off a bike project. Laurie pulled the shock apart, found a spring for it and put it back together. He sent me away to see if it was an improvement without charging me a cent. He didn’t know me from a bar of soap. You don’t get that in business anymore. He just made an advocate for life. Laurie did some work for us in machining a bar for our gym set. He was super helpful, price was reasonable and product was perfect for what we needed. On top of all that Laurie completed the work on time. Super professional, innovative and professional. Sue and I really thank you Laurie.

The bike was finished the day before he promised it would be done.Just an all around great experience. I rang to get some advice on suspension upgrades for my DR650. He talked me through several options and explained different pros/cons of each. Once I decided what I wanted, I left a deposit and he had the parts ordered and waiting for me a few days later when I dropped the bike. I had a mid-week check-in to find out all was on track and picked up the bike as promised just in time for a trip down south with my mates. Highly recommended!

Top bloke top service. Shocks on my Harley weren’t right for my weight and Laurie did the math on what I needed. Worked a treat for a good price rides beautifully you won’t be disappointed.
