Purchased a Van Drawer and it is definitely not a bolt in solution. Brackets and mounting points required alterating to make fit and the pre drilled screw holes did not line up leaving unsightly unused holes. These issues should not occur in a product with a premium price tag. Most disappointing though was the horrible customer service experience and poor attitude of the staff. Would not use again.

Purchased a floor for the new Mux from them. Started well but the product that arrived had unpainted edges that is visible when in position/installed (bare plywood). When the hatch is removed the bare ply is also visible and not painted as per pics in advertisement. Furthermore there were no install instructions and when phoned they send they would email. They did not and as I told them I wanted to install straight away could they please send. I worked out how to do it but there appears to be parts missing from their install kit as I needed to nuts that weren't included. Horrible customer service and product nowhere near as good as what others say. A bit of extra effort in terms of finishing such as a bit of paint to cover the bare parts, proper install instructions and parts would have been a 5 star review. Oh and also them following up on what they say they will do too such as sending install details.

Good product, zero customer service.I’d searched high and low for a product similar to the Infinity series and no one else offered anything. They aren’t perfectly refined, however, nothing that a test fit and colouring in a bit of exposed ply with a permanent marker doesn’t fix.Overall, the product is good. The lead time should just be clear prior to advertising and allow heaps of buffer to any trips! The customer service, meaning advice and assistance, is non-existent. Whoever they use for postage is horrible and avoid them wherever possible. Their instructions don’t 100% match their products, so a little bit of problem solving is required. And lastly don’t expect to receive any constructive advice and assistance.Read their T’s & C’s very closely, there is no insurance on postage available and 2 out of 3 of the packages arrived with badly bent slide tabs. My neighbour also had 1 of his 2 packages badly crushed. Lawsons response to me was that I should bend them back, not the response you expect after spending so much money. Ultimately, they agreed that I could post them back at my expense for them to be “assessed” for replacement and after a lot of back and forth I believed that they would either not be replaced, or if they were, then my bent ones would end up on the following customers draws, which probably says a lot for the customer confidence they instil.They also do not advertise their lead times at all, which they only provide immediately after purchase. When I ordered, I was right on the cusp between the expected arrival and the date of my trip. Lawsons did not make any effort at all to attempt to assist in making the date of my trip, including enabling me to organise my own express courier which would have likely avoided any damage. They also do not monitor the email address that the order confirmation comes from, so be careful which one you respond to.

Excellent product and back by great customer service. Was a great experience to deal with and very happy with the quality of product as well.

Well built & quality design storage for my iLoad. The drawers fit like a glove and were customised exactly to my specifications. Pricing was also extremely competitive, so there was little hesitation I was choosing Lawson for my Van fit out.
