Disgusting customer service, my daughter left the store in tears!One particular staff member chose dresses that she liked, and didn't even consider my daughters opinion. It was a very uncomfortable experience, and we didn't feel welcome at all. Would not recommend unless you are willing to tolerate short tempered and rude behaviour!

Fantastic service in store today! The lady who served me was lovely. Greeted upon entrance and nothing was too much trouble! The lady actually predicted my size and immediately started showing me lots of options when I told her what the event was for. I think I tried on about 10 dresses and I was made to feel completely at ease and as though she wanted me to walk out of the store 100% happy with my choice. The variety available in this boutique is commendable. I will be telling everyone to go here for any of their black tie or cocktail event shopping.

After being recommended to this store last year, we had such exceptional service that we went back this year to look for a ball gown. The girls are all so lovely and professional, with an excellent eye for detail. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.

Be very careful when purchasing from Goldilocks Boutique. I bought a dress, didn't wear it as event was cancelled (in fact didn't even take it out of the bag and tissue paper wrapping) and went back to the store 2 days later to return and was told no returns for in store purchases. They apparently only allow returns for online purchases. Just make sure you're 100000% sure you want the item you're buying and also use your superpowers to predict the future to ensure events aren't going to be cancelled last minute. Yes, they offered to exchange for another item and I had a look for some casual options but they have very limited size choices available and with no event to go to, didn't exactly need another gown. Really believe it is unreasonable not to offer return or store credit where dress is in perfect, unused, untouched, tags still on condition.

Cheap quality in the products (in my opinion) false advertising with sizing. Staff were friendly , on the website it was a bit unhelpful and false as it stated a range and variety of sizing however the store did not show the same. Some of the dresses look nice but it’s a shame, oh well. A few of the dresses had broken clips, loose threads.Nice if you’re looking for a dress for a night out and are a size 12 or below.

My cousin came in to try on ball dresses and the lady with the short blonde hair was so rude to my cousin, very passive aggressive toward her, Body shaming my cousin when she was putting on the dresses that she wanted to try, saying that her figure doesn't look good in it. Would not recommend this place. Worst first experience for ball dresses. Work on your customer service.

Absolutely amazing! Beautiful assortment of quality gowns & amazing service. Not sure of the lovely sales assistant that served me Friday arvo, but she was a absolute babe, so kind & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! Will be going back shortly to get another dress for Melbourne cup. Cannot fault this place. You have a customer for life ❤️❤️

The service was wonderful, straight when i walked in i was greeted asking what i was looking for. They helped me pick out different styles, loaded the dressing room up and recommended what would look good. However, if your buying, the dresses are expensive! But still a beautiful range of dresses and sizes, amazing customer service thank you! I found my ball dress

The lovely pregnant lady assisted me on Wednesday late afternoon when she was about to close the shop. She was very friendly and even stayed open a bit longer than usual so I can get my dress for a photo shot.Thank you for your service!
