was told my 2 children would be bulk billed so we go to buy he first appointment and at the end of the appointment they tell us that that will be $400 we was like what the hell was not expecting to pay that amount recommend not using this place they don’t tell you till after that your being charged which to me is a scam

OT report was substandard, not worth the expense. Also pressured to pay for the report at the initial appointment, which we had no chance to plan for. Have seen reports of a much higher standard done by others.
