1. VERY AGRESSIVE DRIVER AND ALSO A LIER, - -The delivery date did not show up, but lied there was no one at home. In fact, I was waiting at home all day that day, and there was surveillance camera, showing that no one was coming at all.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER---Called to ask about the situation, and encounteredVERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR, yelled at the phone to me and hung up twice.After changing the operator, they trying to argue that it is disconnected.. In fact, I could still hear the The previous operator talk about me with FXXX words. The second operator did not give me a better attitude.She even threatened me whether I still want my package. I told her that I would record our conversation on the phone, and she then threatened me to sue me.2. Thank you for your reply.I suspect that my package is damaged, because the record shows that after the package left your warehouse at 7:50 in the morning yesterday, it returned to your warehouse at around 3:30 in the afternoon, and your staff told me that it would be Delivered before 5pm. So yesterday I waited at home for a whole day in vain.I have informed the supplier of this matter.I don't want to discuss with anyone before I receive the package, because these discussions will really affect my mood.

Had several poor experiences with this company. Currently waiting 6 days for a parcel to travel 200km for my business. Staff member hung up on me today when I suggested 6 days isn't good enough. I have instructed my supplier to never send freight with them again.6 days is NOT an express service.Called at the 5 day point. Staff member took my number and said would call back.Called again after over 2 hours of no return call. Second staff member said first had my number wrong and would call their sub contractor to request delivery first thing (day 6). Said she would call to let me know how it pans out. No call was made.No early delivery on day 6. I call a third time and am told that the delivery will be before 12.30. The staff member (with the Kiwi accent) hung up on me when I suggested 6 days isn't good enough. I would have liked to complain to management but was denied this opportunity by the rude staff member.I would suggest finding competent sub contractors and training staff that hanging up on clients is not good for building your business.Delivering Certainty? If certainty means poor service you have it nailed!

Do not use this company. Dodgy delivery driver dragged a huge box over my garden and along my car. Cath Packer from NSW office stated that they would pay for damages. Asked me to send photos and get quotes. Then what do you know, dodgy driver denies doing it. I live in a gated estate so I had to let him into street and was out my front door watching him remove item from truck and drag trolley backwards over my garden and along my car. I immediately contacted company reporting damage, they called me and asked me to send photos which I did while waiting for my woollies click and collect order so they say that I sent photos from a shopping centre (what difference does that make?). Then made me get a quote wasting even more time. Disgusting driver is a liar and shameful company employees him and then says that I didn't provide any proof he did it. so won't pay Please find a reputable company and avoid these. I will also be complaining to Big W who used this company.

we are in an out of area to air road and get subcontracted to another company and it takes an extra long time to get parcels, or theyhave lost parcel or the worst one is the stacked 2 x 70kg motors on top of each other and dropped the top motor completely wrecking the motor.

Useless company dont use them unless you want your packages delayed. The customer service team seem to think people sit around waiting for packages and dont have anything better to do.Completely useless

I was a very happy customer of Airroad for many years faithfully paying my bills on time every time no excuses. Recently I moved factory 25km from Brendale to Burpengary. Upon asking Geoff Dixon from Airroad regarding if the rates from Burpengary will be much different" and the insults that were returned were absolutely mind-boggling quoting that he had "spoken with the 51% shareholder of Airroad who said they're losing 10% from our rates so why are we keeping them!" then trying to push me to a noob credit card account (even though I pay my bills on time everytime). It took 3 emails to eventually get that response. And when I asked the reason for the indifference and why on earth would Airroad trade with us whilst they're (supposedly) losing 10% on our rates....his answer was that our "August figures" (during Covid of course!) were much much less than when the account was first setup in 2015! Upon reminding him that MOST business including Airroad itself were down in sales

VERY AGRESSIVE DRIVER - WORST SERVICE EVERSave your time and money and book with any other Company. My delivery was going to come today and ring my phone number 30 minutes prior, so I could meet the Driver in the reception. The driver rang the wrong number (my partner's), she couldn't answer and then driver left. before the delivery day, I called the company twice and told them to call my number only. Its a mistake, I get it.However, when I returned the call from my partner's mobile I found myself talking to the most rude and aggressive person I've talked in my whole life, the driver was very angry yelling at me on the phone and telling me she called my number 4 times and I didn't answer, I told her she called the wrong number and she insisted she called my number, the records show she didn't. After she ended yelling at me, she told me to book for another day and hanged up the phone.I already complaint to the company on the phone and I hope my order gets delivered tomorrow hopefully by another driver.

Customer service in Brisbane was terrible. No care factor. My parcel has been sitting in Sydney since the 16/12 and no one seems to know when it will be sent to Brisbane. Customer service said the best she could do was send an email. If you want a reliable courier stay well away from this company.
