Michael was punctual, friendly and obliging when asked about his services. I was very pleased and surprised with the improved odour control after cleaning. The carpet was extremely dry to touch as compared to other companies used previously. When asked Michael explained that the truck mounted extraction machine was extremely stronger than the other machines that are used.I’m extremely impressed with the results achieved and will be using Michael in the future. We have used Michael for carpet steam cleaning, pet odour removal, tile & grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning and rug cleaning - every time we have been pleased with the quality of the job, professionalism and you can tell he cares about his work. Michael does amazing work and I really don’t think we would ever use anyone else. We have used multiple other businesses in the past and I have never felt confident in the quality.

We’ve used Just Perfect twice now for our carpet cleaning and it has been amazing service both times. Our carpets look brand new, even after numerous pet accidents and mud stains. And the price is super reasonable. We will definitely be using this business exclusively for carpets from now on!

Michael was a great communicator. He was honest, reliable, on time and did a fantastic job. The carpets were quite filthy due to previous tenants pets. When Michael was finished he showed us what came out of the carpet and the place smelt clean. He explained everything he used on the carpet and was very happy to answer any questions. Definitely would recommend.
