Staff members lack maturity. I’ve been here twice, and both times they giggle in front of the speaker and act so rudely. Absolutely terrible; staff members need to have customer service training.

The young bloke cooking was throwing food between himself and a your girl serving at the register obviously flirting between each other and not paying attention to their jobs.Food would have ended up anywhere on the floor or back on the burgers. I guess that's what you expect when a 14 year old prepares your food. Not good enough. I love hungry Jack's but it's a shame your reputation is tarnished by a couple of pimply faced school kids. Most young people who work at these stores are fantastic but these 2 should be disciplined or let go. Check your video footage and pull them into line or get rid of them.

I have always loved hungry jacks burgers above all others. The 3 times I have recently visited hungry jacks in Beaudesert I have found the burger buns to be dry and in my opinion stale. The patties in the whopper were also dry and tasteless and covered in so much sauce they were disgusting I threw them out. The one meal I did eat I ended up vomiting. I no longer go to hungry jacks which is a shame but over the years the price goes up the size of burger goes down and the quality of yesteryear has vanished. I travel 90 kms to get takeaway food and end up very disappointed.

Not a busy night had a basic order that we ordered in drive through had to go back twice just to get it somewhat right only to get home and find out it was still wrong and still paid for what I originally ordered yet got random burgers thrown in that were cheaper than what we ordered and when I asked for it to be fixed the staff were attempting to tell me I was wrong it’s not hard to read an order and make what is asked and you still managed to get it wrong not once not twice but 3 times …. Ridiculous

went for a big mac, turns out they didnt have it, i was called dumb by employees. Whilst being sad i went to cry in the playland equipment - got stuck. They laughed at me. old man at the counter was a hot babe1 star. dont go again, ill find u

Good store and location. Friendly staff. I do seem to get sent to the parking bay to wait every time I go through drive though. Usually spend 5-10 minutes in the waiting bay.

The staff were very young, large number of customers. Made coffee first, it went cold, on counter, while waiting 20 mins for food. Burgers left on counter while waiting for chips. Order was then forgotten and had ro be reminded.The store was not clean and kitchen was a mess.The staff were working hard, but appeared inexperienced and appeared overwhelmed and without guidance. Don't think I'll be back.

Food is always fresh, staff are welcoming and friendly. Play area and amenities were nice and clean.
