I was referred to heart n soul by a friend when I was ordering some online artwork. An order I had previously made through Etsy had not shown up after 6 weeks and I really wanted similar artwork to what I had ordered. The owner (Emma) was delightful to deal with and so prompt in her responses. One of her point of differences to other stockists is that she operates with integrity. When I told what artwork I wanted she immediately found something similar for me. However, in looking at the quality further she informed me that with the size of print I wanted the quality of the print would be reduced because it would be stretched too much. I appreciated her honesty, as she wasn’t trying to close a sale but genuinely wanted to help me. I ended up buying 3 alternative prints and they matched perfectly with my new decor. I will be buying my future prints here because of such wonderful customer service.
