I took a group on deal for hair cut and half head foils. The quality of the product is really bad. My hair got so dry and also they look very bad. Instead of looking good after half head foils, My hair look like a old woman’s hair that have lost the colour ☹️

Christina did an amazing job on my hair, I think it’s the best blonde of ever had and the cut was great as well.The salon is no frills as far as you won’t get a cup of tea offered to you or a head massage over the basin but at the end of the day, that’s not what you go to a hairdresser for anyway!I love the fact that Christina isn’t one for chit chat, I like to sit and relax with my own thoughts when I’m at the hairdresser not listen to the stylists personal history kind so many other salons I’ve been to in the past.To top it all off the price is amazing and the most competitive I’ve found in the area.Already booked back for my regrowth.Very happy customer.

I ended up paying $170 for a $89 Groupon voucher. I could have paid the same amount without Groupon somewhere else for the service offered . Liked the service but felt I paid way too much for a Groupon voucher .Christina was lovely and professional . However , very poor value forMoney for a Groupon voucher . I think Groupon needs to offer more value to customers too. Very dissapointed .‘losing faith in using Groupon againJust adding that 2 dats after the color , my hair feels rough and horrible . Also color has already faded a lot . I think the products used are poor quality too . Avoidable service and a mistake that I chose this merchant and Groupon

attitude over booking. blow dry charged without prior information. very very rough when handling my hair, i can see my hair falls so much on the sink when she washes. i wouldn’t come back for another and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I bought a Groupon voucher for balayage + wash + cut + treatment, I love the outcome but disappointed with the services provided and not sure about the professionalism, which is a shame because I am looking for a long term hair dresser unfortunately this place is not the right place for me.- my understanding is Balayage is hand paint technique, but I ended up had foils all over my hair? foil is $30 cheaper on Groupon.- I was asked to stand for a good 5 mins while the hairdresser is cutting my hair? for my 15 years of hair cutting experience this is the first time I was asked to stand, it's very strange.never the less, I liked the outcome, but not so much the experience.EDITED: added two more stars since the owner bother to reply my review and clarified my confusions.

Christina always does a good job no matter what you ask of her and it's an affordable price for Sydney. Highly recommend.

I love coming to get my hair dome here. Christina is amazing with foils and colours. I recommend her !! It’s not a fancy place just good solid hairdressing skills

Had a horrible experience here. Asked for a balayage and the lady started doing highlights. My hair came out orange and damaged to the crisp

I was late, partially because there is another 1/398 Victoria Avenue in Chatswood which was more than 15 minutes away once I drove to the correct location and found parking. I texted to let them know and they got back to me to let me know that it was preferable to be within a 15 minute window as they did have other bookings which is understandable. Then when I did find the correct address, I could not find the store as it was neither on the street level or the first floor and I didn’t find a way to go up further floors if there were any. I texted them but didn’t get any response. By that time I was half an hour late and texted them to let them know I would have to cancel. They texted back about 20 minutes later to say that my Groupon coupon would be forfeited. So not a great experience overall but after reading the reviews on here, maybe I dodged a bullet.

The worst experience ld ever had. Very unprofessional skills. Rude. Coughing without mask. Extra charge with not much information provided. I needed to go to another hair dresser to fix up. Do Not Go.
