I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Optus Strathfield store regarding the free Apple Watch offer that came with my iPhone 13 Pro purchase in August 2022 Account number 62347323594. Despite eight months passing since the purchase, I have yet to receive the watch, and my attempts to contact Optus and find a resolution have been met with nothing but excuses and delays.It is unacceptable that Optus has not fulfilled its obligation to provide me with the free Apple Watch, and even more frustrating that I have not received any proper solutions to this problem. The manager's complete lack of support for the customers only adds to the already existing issues and whenever we visit the store staff asks to get assistance from online and vice versa. It's frustrating that I have been asked to visit the store every week, only to be told the same excuses and be given no tangible progress towards resolving the issue.As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and have my concerns addressed in a timely and professional manner. Optus's behavior in this situation has fallen short of my expectations and has left me feeling deeply unsatisfied with the company's level of customer service.I demand that Optus take immediate action to fulfill its obligation to provide me with the free Apple Watch, and offer compensation for the inconvenience caused by this delay. I urge the company to improve its customer service practices to avoid similar issues in the future.I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter, and I hope that Optus will take the necessary steps to ensure that their customers are treated fairly and with respect.
