Wow! Service, food and setting were all stellar. Front to back the menu was excellent, highlighting and elevating beautiful, predominantly locally sourced ingredients. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience in the barossa.

Great place if you’re down for a fine dining experience! Each course you could tell was thoughtful crafted with the flavours being balanced perfectly. My favourite course however, was the fire bread which not only tasted amazing but had a short yet interesting fun factor to it. If you’re looking for a nice dinner in Barossa to spoil yourself, I’d highly recommend Appellation!

My partner & I ate at many places in the Barossa and this was by far the best. We could not fault a single thing about our experience - incredible food, every course was better than the last. Great cocktails, amazing service and a beautiful atmosphere. If you only have time to fit in one dining experience whilst in the Barossa - Appellation at the Louise should be it!

Food was great quality and the view was fantastic. Really liked that they opened the door for us on arrival. It would have been better if the waiters had a good understanding of the wine list (there was a German white that was a little unclear as to what type it was). Only reason food and the overall rating was given 4 stars is that in my opinion the degustation was slighty over priced compared to other degustations I've been to.

Fine dining, great location, professional friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing and the wines matched perfectly (even a few surprises - but I wont give away the surprise)Highly recommended for that special night out - we celebrated our wednesday anniversary and it was just perfect.

An absolutely superb dining experience. From the moment you arrive, the staff are so attentive and provide 5 star service. I asked for a gluten free meal which they handled with ease. We chose the set menu with matching wines. The food was sensational and the paired wines were astounding, complimenting the food perfectly. A 5 star experience that is one of the best dining experiences we've had. Bravo!

Nice photos of the view and outside right? Sadly that’s as far as we got. We had booked a table on line, where there is no mention of any special conditions. We arrive, early, and hungry (we fasted). We had been given a table opposite the one in the photo. I asked if we could have the one in the window, since we would only be having a main and a drink, and they could have the table back quickly.They said their dégustation takes 2.5 hours, I said we just wanted a La Carte thank you, and they said we couldn’t.We left.

Fine dining in a gorgeous winery setting.Extensive wine list from local, Australian and International wineries. Very creative dishes that are too pretty to be eaten. We had the 4 course menu with matching wines and the only downside was that we felt a little hungry afterwards but other than that the food and wine pairings were spot on and definitely took us on a journey with so many flavours showcased.
