Visited this business to get information on the early model Prado I was driving for work.The service was fast and friendly by both the front desk and the tech who looked at my issue (navigation speed indication).This model doesnt have this feature.Thanks for your help

The staff here are beyond amazing. Especially Aimee, Joel and Rebecca! Very personable, kind and generous people. They have provided excellent service from the onset and throughout. Will always come back to Toyota Karratha for my future servicing and repairs!

Very poor service....... Booked car in 3 weeks in advance for 150 km service and timing belt change. When picking car up after service, was told they had no belts in stock and then was charged $430 for pretty much a oil change.... Very disappointing.

After Isuzu Australia not coming to the party over a warranty claim, these guys where unreal. Couldn't recommend them enough!Genuinely felt they care for customer service.

My husband went to Toyota today to enquire about a new Patrol and it was the worst customer service we have ever received. The sales rep didn't know anything about the warranty that comes with them and was in no hurry to help us in buying one and gave the impression she didn't care if we bought one or not.Normally the sales rep will bend over backwards for your service but not this person. I will now go to Perth to buy a new car.Maybe Toyota should give there staff at Karratha some courses on customer service.

We had an issue with our Land Cruiser while on the way through on holidays. The staff made room for us and the service manager himself came out to help us. Problem solved in no time and we were back on the road. Best service ever. This is why we love small town dealers. Customer is always first and we will be back. Well done team. Spread the word..

The parts manager gave us the wrong part wood not send us the right part because he said they had no staff and he did not want to deal with it and he had other people he wanted to deal with instead. no service at allSo l rang perth toyota what adifferents to deal with so easy they sent the (right part) straight away fast post. I will never deal with these guys again. we will drive to perth

Simply the best service I have ever had from a Toyota Dealer in 30 years of ownership. From the first call to the completed service the experience was easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too much and the team went over and above my expectations to fit me in and ensure I was happy. Well done to the management and all the team in great training and customer service.
