I had a good feeling about doing business with Mobilebarn after my initial contact online, and reading the reviews. I was therefore happy to make the 2 hr round trip to visit the store and I was not disappointed. After some discussion with Alex as to my requirements for a phone, he was able to offer me a number of options and prices to suit my needs. I found his service exceptional. I left with the phone I purchased fully functioning, with my data having been transferred on the spot, and a warranty in my pocket. Unlike many phone salespeople, he listened and didn't attempt to push a sale. I would recommend him without hesitation as a person of integrity and professionalism. Bravo!

Very helpful and efficient. If only I had taken my phone their straight after the washing machine incident it might have had a chance! Knew their stuff and I will definitely recommend, resurrected my old phone and also match online price! what more can you ask for?

I'm still glueing my phone screen in every couple of days, the person has ruined my phone I cannot take it anywhere to be fixed now. Do not recommend taking a phone to this shop for a screen replacement. They are just taking people's money with out fixing things correctly! I don't care that your glue wasn't high quality you should not be doing repairs to phones with nail glue.

I use this business for my electronic repairs and purchases. The friendly staff are always informative and helpful leaving me happy with the end results.

Really helpful, young lady there in blue dress was excellent. Too hard for Harvey Norman, too hard for telstra shop in grafton but not here, fixed our pre paid card problems in minutes and helped us enjoy our holidays, thanks so much
