Donated a $2000 saw to our local firefighters without even giving it a second thought. Down right good people. Great manner and customer service. I'd drive out of town any day to shop here!

I have had a repeated problem with my ride on for a couple of months. The owner of the store Gavin was very spot on in his diagnosis of the problem and nursed us through to a resounding successful outcome and my old girl has a new life again better than ever due to great servicing.Thanks to all the team at Hunter Outdoor for all your patience and hardwork in achieving a great outcome for me and my Husqvana ride on. Very much appreciated!

Knowledgeable friendly old school customer service!

I recently took my chainsaw which I purchased from there not to long ago back to get fixed as it was not running properly and under warranty.The called me to pick it up and when I went I to do so was told I had been charged $65 for tipping the petrol out . Upon refusing to pay this ridiculous amount he the told me I had to leave my saw there and take it up with the boss.I took my saw and left and will not return as my saw still does not run right.Would not recommend anyone buy a huscarvana chainsaw from here.

If you value even a smidgen of morals, ANY form of communication, knowledgeable technicians and reasonable customer service then find another company. All I experienced from Hunter Outdoor Equipment was a lack of accountability, under-skilled staff, excuses, extremely poor service and an even poorer attitude.Hunter Outdoor Equipment kept my mower for 40+ days. They never rang me once during this time.. it was always me chasing them. During this time they charged me close to $1000 and the main issue was not even correctly identified nor was my mower fixed. In the end they told me they can’t fix it after all, and I’m still out of pocket for their initial incorrect diagnosis and repairs.The crazy thing is that I told them I suspected a defective transmission when I dropped it in, but it wasn’t until they took my money for the other works, (money I would not have wasted, had I known that it could not be fixed), from.. you guessed it.. a defective transmission.I have worked on car engines and mowers since I was old enough to hold a spanner.. I service diesel engines daily as part of my profession, as well being a qualified electrician. I know enough to know that they lied through their teeth, telling me the drive belt was frayed from it being “incorrectly installed”.✔️ Lacking knowledge and skill set✔️ Deplorable communication✔️ Disgraceful morals✔️ Terrible attitude✔️ 0/5 stars

Fantastic customer service. Gavin was fantastic to deal with, gave us the best price, was knowledgeable and tested all the gear to make sure it was running smoothly before we took our gear home. Highly recommended, don't waste your time going anywhere else! Do it once, and do it right!

These guys know about customer service! Long standing business. Gavin (Owner) is very helpful and doesn't talk down to you even if you are a complete newbie like I am. Also prepared to look after you price-wise and spend time showing you the equipment and offering tips and advice. Highly recommend you consider placing your hard-earned with them!

I've been going to these guys ever since I first bought my property about three years ago. At that time, and on every occasion since, I have found them to be absolute pros. It is refreshing to see a level of customer service that was once very common, but unfortunately is extremely rare nowadays.They genuinely care for their customers, and have certainly never let me down. Whereas most businesses today will steer customers toward a product that will earn them the most profit (and then gouge them and provide sloppy disinterested service forever afterwards), I have found that HVOE invariably listen to my needs and then guide me to a product that is ideal for me. Plus they have always looked after me with discounts and bend over backwards to help me whenever I've had any issues (usually caused my myself, as I'm notoriously hard on my machinery).I've so far bought a ride on mower, a brush cutter and a chainsaw from them and am very happy with every purchase. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and look forward to sourcing a lot more bits of kit from them.I have no association with HVOE, other than being an extremely satisfied customer.
