I wouldn't even give this Salon a 1 star. I went to the salon for my eyelash perm and facial. Both services were so unprofessional with the eyelash perm the lady, she just literally rubbed my eyes so bad while taking the glue off. After finishing the perming didn't even ask me to have a look at it.ĺWith the facial she started cleansing my face for 10 sec and scrubbing for about 20 sec. She didn't give steam after and no extraction just the cream mask at the end.Totally wastage of money. Won't recommend.

BEWARE !! The service here is rubbish. Took my 11yr old for her 2nd haircut. Our 1st time we were charged $30 for cut and wash & received good service from a hairdresser who no longer works here. But today, we were ALMOST charged $60! Lucky I moved my card away from the eftpos machine before she could charge me! When I asked why and for a price list, Linda proceeded to spiel off the top of her head and then showed me her computer screen, to my surprise only came to $55. I asked about the price difference from the 1st time and what the extra $5 was & was advised that we should’ve been charged more the 1st time and that it’s $5 extra for her hair length. Wowww how disappointing ! QB10 need to have a printed price list for customers to refer to and also take responsibility for their services by making sure the PARENT is aware BEFORE you go and wash/cut the child’s hair. After much conversation and eye rolling, Linda took $20 off our bill after realising she just tried to rip me off and didn’t get away with it. If she was genuinely sorry and explained herself better, we might have left on a better note. But to try a blame me and say I was confused…. Don’t take your kids here guys.

Just got a facial and haircut at QB10. I highly recommend it. Senisha did my facial and it was such a nice refreshing experience and massage. Coco did my hair, it looks great, she took her time and put in lots of blended layers and it looks so much lighter and exactly what I asked for. It was an incredible deal as well! I will be returning even though its 30min away.

Linda is the best at giving the shape. She knows how to do perfect threading on the face that will suit your look.The other services are great too.Definitely a must visit salon.

I absolutely LOVE the environment and loyalty to her regular clients at QB10.They really look after there customers.You all Have a laugh, make you feel comfortable.I have special needs children and all the staff go above and beyond to cater for them.I won't go anywhere else.!Affordable, work around your schedules and have even said i come short notice.

I do not suggest this hair salon. I had my hair straightened here many years ago. I wanted to use Shiseido brand, so I asked her if she did Shiseido, and she said yes, but when she did it, she used some kind of hair dye on my hair. No need to rinse, did you know that hair straightening requires washing the chemical out of your hair before using a straightener to straighten your hair? You can't wash your hair for three days following the treatment, but I can't wait even one day. I had to shampoo my hair that night since my scalp felt irritated.

I’ve been here about 3 times, and I’m going to shake my experiences, I hope you learn from my mistakes.First time I came here to get my hair dyed, they didn’t do the style I wanted , they had also left bleach on a certain part of my hair which caused that area to fall out. My hair grew eventually but I had to wash off and scrape the dried up bleach in my hair. Months later I came back to get it cut, which was fine so I believed the store was good at cutting hair. But I come back for the third time to get a hair cut. Not the hair style I wanted, they cut it waaay to short and it’s also extremely uneven. It’s impossible to even style. Thinking of buying a wig just because of this. I don’t recommend.

Yep had a boombastic hairdresser. Didnt know what I wanted as far as colour and rejuvenate 50 shades of grey she called my hair...so many posative comments at work and home. Always get Ant to do my colours always posative comments after
