Greg, the yoga teacher, really takes into account individual needs. He is very gentle and kind. The class I attend is well suited to beginners or people with physical/medical conditions who want to improve their quality of life and achieve optimum results regarding health and fitness.

Greg has been my yoga teacher for over 7 years. I really enjoy my classes, Greg is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of yoga. The classes are always enlightening and fun. I can highly recommend Blue Moon Yoga Studio.

I have been practicing Yoga under the guidance of Greg for over 15 years. Greg provides a friendly, kind and welcoming space which caters for all levels and allows for modifications depending on where each student is at. Greg is down to earth, light hearted and has a great sense of humour. The classes are a mix of relation and yoga postures during which we are provided information on the ancient principles of yoga as well as observations on contemporary life. I encourage anyone, regardless of age, experience, flexibility or fitness level to try Blue Moon Yoga for a couple of sessions.
