I needed a piece of glass for my fishtank and he gave me a peice usually worth $90 for $15 just because it had a little chip

Worst service ever! Made an initial call for them to come out to replace a broken window pane, as well as quote on some glass pieces I need made up for some antique cabinets. Left a message for them to call me which took them 1.5 days to respond to. It was a Friday evening when the owner called back and he kindly organised to attend the following day at his suggestion. 11.15am on the Saturday and his guy didn't show up, I even rushed home to make sure I'd be there. Left a message on the owner's mobile, never called me back. Don't bother wasting your time even calling them to begin with!

Called out of the blue on a Saturday morning to have a piece of glass cut for a small table and they did it on the spot. Great customer service and very friendly. Thank you!

Excellent service! They came out the same day and did a great job replacing a broken window for a very good price . They were very friendly as well. Highly recommended!
