Queensland X-Ray Highfields

My husband was to. Have a cat scan today at high fields X-ray he shut up his work shop early and sent his men home, he travelled to high field's when he got there the person told him they could not do his scan as the person that does the X-rays was not there why did they not send him a text he is waiting to see if he has cancer in his neck.He was to go o day but they had a cancellation they said come today.He got wet to the skin and as he has lost 20 kgs from radiation he was chilled to the bone.Not impressed at all with you

The gentleman who met me at the door was wonderful. The lady at reception was also friendly and nice. I did have to wait a very long time even though I had an appointment ( over an hour). It would have been nice if they had called me prior to alert me given that they knew they would be over an hour behind. The pathologist Anthony was so caring and considerate of me and made me feel calm. The Doctor was nice also. The Sonographer was however cold and abrupt or seemed to be as I felt like I was an inconvenience. Thank goodness for Anthony as I was feeling quite stressed.

Ron, the Concierge at Qld Xray at Greenslopes Hospital was fantastic. Bright, happy, smiley and very helpful. I was extremely concerned about my procedure, so to have a pleasant person serve me made my experience so much better and calmed me down quite a lot. Thank you Ron. 5 star ⭐️

I had booked an appointment for an MRI with the Coorparoo clinic but was advised I was unable to attend there for some reason - despite me having 2 x MRIs performed there previously.Nonetheless, I was advised to be at Greenslopes private hospital at 1440 for a 1500 appointment. I was moved to 3 x different waiting rooms and ended up not being seen until 1615 - an hour and a half after I was told to arrive. No one came to tell me of any delays and when I asked about it they advised it wouldn’t be too much longer.In the end, I missed another appointment I had booked at 1700 due to this. Which would have been fine had I known how long I needed to wait I could have cancelled it. I was charged for my missed appointment and ~$20 for parking. Not ideal.

I was at the Green slopes unit today and had an incident but was handled so professionally and with such compassion that i told my wife this level of care shows it is a calling and not just a job. I can not thank them enough. I speak Gods blessing over each and every one of you.

I was impressed at the new facility and the customer centred approach. Thankyou especially to Gabby who delayed her lunch so I didn't have to wait.

Terrific staff. Another company messed up our appointment / scan - the kind people at Qld XRay stepped in to sort everything out with an urgent appointment for the right scans.
