Be alert. I called up Friday to check the tyre price with the brand and size to replace my punctured tyre. Spoke with Sam and he said he has stock available. This place is bit far from where I live thus I confirmed again with Sam for the tyre brand and size making sure we on the same page. He confirmed yes and no need booking just come in. Drove all the way today this morning and met with Sam . He told me he don't have the brand of the tyre I want. He said he didn't hear I was asking or this particular brand - Dunlop. He only hear the size of the tyre. This is unbelievable...what a xxxx customer experience. Not only wasting my time but also throwing out your reputation out the window . I'm not sure if this is how you been running your business . Definitely want to share this experience across so people like myself not wasting our time to drive to your tyre workshop to find out you don't have the tyre you said you have BUT you don't.
