Cleaver and Co Quality Meats
Super service and quality meats. Love their ethos and approach. Not only do you feel good, for the quality, it is excellent value. Favourites are the Louisiana chicken riblets, the Mongolian lamb and the sausages so far. Tried a few different steaks and they always come up a treat. We also come for the pet mince. Short ribs have been amazing.

Our favourite butcher. Worth the drive even though we are in another suburb. The focus on sustainability was what originally attracted us, but the service is why we will keep going. Lachy provides great service and premium meat. I've got a brisket on the coals as I type this.

This rating is only for the gluten free/preservative free sausages.I got two kilos of these and they are frankly so over-spiced that they are inedible. All you can taste is spices. The pork ones are like a mouthful of fennel seed. The lamb ones are ridiculously over spiced. $40 for two kilos and everyone has rejected them. Quite a bummer because on paper they sounded nice.I would suggest ditch the fennel and spices and try something more subtle like apple with the pork, maybe rosemary with the lamb. 3 stars for at least trying.

Quality fresh meat and great service. They use sustainable packaging too.And for the sake of comparison. The meat I've gotten from Woolworths has always had an off" smell to it

Went there today to buy se good meat, but they failed to update their google profile saying that they are actually closed for renovations.... Empty trip in a world where petrol cost keeps going up. Thanks.

Cleaver and Co Quality Meats
These guys have it all. Ethical practices (as local as possible and free range), patience, incredible fresh meat, great selection of other goods like sauerkraut and honey, and a really wholesome community-minded team. They will also let you take a container to cut down on plastic use. I don't buy meat anywhere else.
